A few weeks ago, we took a trip down to Oak Island, NC. Before moving to North Carolina, I had never been to the beach after the summer season.  Needless to say, I had NO idea what to pack!  The weather ended up being perfect for a sweater on the beach. Bonus:: This sweater is currently on sale!  I love the colors of this outfit. Even though you normally think oflight blue and white as a summery combo, it is a pretty way to brighten up a fall wardrobe.  I chose gold and pearl accessories to complement the soft blue and white of the outfit.   These suede booties are one of my favorite pairs! I wear them at least twice a week. The mushroom color is very versatile and can be worn with a variety of colors.  It wasn’t the brightest idea to wear them on the beach though! 😉 What is your favorite time of the year to head to the beach?
