Hey y’all! I know that it’s been a while since I’ve done a book review, but believe me when I say this one was definitely worth the wait.
I recently finished The Southern Side of Paradise by Kristy Woodson Harvey, the third and final book in the Peachtree Bluff series.
The Southern Side of Paradise is a story that continues to follow Ansley Murphy, a successful interior designer living in Peachtree Bluff, and her daughters. This story not only focuses on Ansley, but also Emerson who is an up and coming actress and the youngest of Ansley’s daughters. The Murphy family is spending their summer focusing on planning Emerson’s wedding while continuing to push aside family secrets. Ansley believes she is the only one with a secret that could tear her three daughters apart, but little does she know, Emerson is hiding things too.
While this novel in the series revolves around Ansley and Emerson, I was so glad to still read updates around the other Murphy sisters, Caroline and Sloane.
Will the Murphy women be able to lean on one another through it all or will the family secrets tear them apart for good?
The Southern Side of Paradise was easily my favorite book of the series, and I have loved every one. I honestly didn’t want to finish the book because I wasn’t ready for the series to end!
Be sure to get your copy of the first two books in the series before the final comes out on May 7th. Click below to grab yours!
