This adorable cardigan layered over a tank paired with jeans is the perfect outfit to transition into spring.  This time of year, the weather can be a little crazy!  There are days when it is 40 degrees in the morning and then 75 degrees in the afternoon.  I find this weather SO hard to dress for!
