A little over 13 months later, I’m finally sharing Grayson’s sweet nursery!
This was such a fun project to dream up, although it took a while to decide on my vision because I wanted it to be picture perfect. Meanwhile, my carpenter *cough cough my wonderful hubby* was ready and just waiting on the design!

If you know me, you know that I love color and pattern, and I wanted to incorporate that into Grayson’s nursery. I chose a sweet baby blue for the walls with a gingham accent wall, and added touches of white, navy, gold, and complemented these with wood tones. In my mind, I could already picture how it would all come together, and the result exceeded my expectations!
It’s probably my favorite home project to date.
We have a golden retriever, Daisy, so I also wanted to incorporate her into the design. I’m so glad I did – she and Grayson are becoming the best of friends!
We received so many adorable books for Grayson during our baby showers, so we wanted to have these on display and accessible for when he’s tall enough to reach. This is a small portion of his collection. He LOVES books!
I think it’s safe to say that over the last 13 months, this is the room we’ve spent the most time in. I’m so glad we love it!
