Make tonight Italian night with this lasagna roll ups recipe. I’ve made these lasagna roll ups a few times now and let me tell you, they are DELICIOUS! Also, they are a fun twist on a classic lasagna recipe.

A few words of advice:
1. Don’t try to make this quickly. It takes time, but is definitely worth it.
2. You can use fresh parsley, oregano, and basil, but I’ve found the recipe is just as good (and easier!) using the dried spices.
3. This recipe is more fun when you have someone helping you cook, but I’ve made it alone as well. However, my boyfriend is an excellent sous-chef, so I prefer to make it when he is helping!
